Wayne and Sabrina MacQueen are the founding Pastors of  Thames Valley Vineyard.

As the Lead Pastor to Thames Valley Vineyard, Wayne's  focus is encouraging us in our daily walks with Jesus. He is committed to delivering practical and humble  teachings to help guide us to develop a deeper relationship with Christ. Wayne takes a particular joy in  baptisms and family dedications. He enjoys being  around people and spending time with friends, which of course often includes laughter and good food. When Wayne is not working you are most likely to find him digging into a good book,  playing guitar, going for walks and spending time with his family...especially his three grandchildren. He says his grandchildren continually teach him how to "be in the moment". Wayne's passion is helping people get "unstuck" and encouraging them to enjoy the peace and freedom of a life lived with Christ.

Sabrina's passion is helping people feel comfortable and loved. She is a patient and gifted communicator and particularly enjoys listening to people. She  enjoys meeting new people and spending time with friends. She loves to serve and is best know to do this by preparing  delicious meals and finding practical ways to spread the love of God to those she encounters. Sabrina likes to be,  well, basically... be a bit silly.  She is not afraid to tell you that everyone needs to laugh way more than they do! She believes God really enjoys it when we laugh.  In her spare time she delights in hanging out with her family and her three grandchildren who often give her lots of reasons to laugh... just because "they are so stinking cute!"

Sabrina is a dedicated and hard working Associate Pastor to the Thames Valley Vineyard.

Jack is committed to learning more of what Jesus wants the church to be and to be part of growing Thames Valley into that church.  He enjoys reading and is especially interested in books on leadership both in the workplace and one's everyday life, including the church.  Jack is a welcoming presence at Thames Valley, always reaching out to new people and growing relationships.  He has an exuberance for life and thoroughly enjoys having fun. He and his wife, Alice lead a weekly kinship in their home.  He is passionate about living every day for Christ in such a way as make Christ irresistible to those who haven't yet met Him.

When Jack isn't working as a construction manager, he enjoys camping, travelling and spending time with his family which includes being Opa to his 3 (and a half) grandchildren.

Alice is truly a woman after God's own heart. She has a heart for people of all ages, no matter their situation; whether they live next door, are part of our fellowship or live on the streets. She rejoices with those who rejoice and weeps with those who weep. She has a listening ear, is a great confidant, a prayer warrior and a great friend. Alice is outgoing and exuberant in all that she does, give her a task and you will be sure that it is completed right away and to the last detail. She truly has the gift of hospitality (the more people the better) and has a way to make each person feel at home. She is a devoted wife, mother and Oma that loves having her family over for meals or just to hang out.

John and Kathy Bouma have been married since 2001 and, collectively, are parents to 5 children, 4 children-in-law, and 5 grandchildren.  Their life and relationship is a living testament to God's grace and redeeming love.  They share their home with two international students from Saudi Arabia and any other 'refugees' who need a safe and loving place to stay.

John has the word of God etched on his heart!  He is a man of God with generosity and hospitality as two of his greatest gifts.  His passion is teaching - especially the kids from Kindergarten to Grade 4 where he can truly release the child within and have fun with the kids while learning about all that God wants for them.  Listening to a child's pure heart during prayer brings tears to his eyes.  John's work as a kitchen and bath designer also provides an outlet for his creative energies.  When not at work, you can find John at home, providing the entertainment and hospitality for the many gatherings and parties that take place there.

Kathy is a follower of Jesus trying to live her life the way Jesus intends!  She longs to see a world where people care for one another in a way that is practical and unconditional.  She longs for a world that understands the word love as a verb, not as a feeling - a world where everyone's physical, spiritual and emotional needs are met.  Her passion is helping people to claim their full significance as a child of God; to capture all of the confidence and boldness that being a child of God offers.  Kathy's work as a college teacher provides her with many opportunities to interact with students of all ages on a journey of personal growth and development.  At home, Kathy loves to entertain and provide opportunities for people to come together to have fun and to be fed, spiritually, emotionally and physically!
